6/23/92( DOCS) Lagal(T F'U/ab) <br />ORDINANCE 92-, <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 401.049 FIRE <br />PREVENTION CODES AND STANDARDS TO <br />REFLECT CURRENT EDITIONS AND <br />SUPPLEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, the standard fire prevention codes and <br />standards are updated from time to time, and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to have these Codes of Indian <br />River County revised to reflect these updated editions, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />that: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. <br />Paragraphs (1) , (2) and (3) of Section 401.04 are amended <br />and a new paragraph (4) is added to read as follows: <br />Section 401.04. Fire prevention codes and standards. <br />(1) The National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA )1, 1987 <br />edition and its supplement codes as set forth in Annex "A" to this <br />chapter. <br />(2) Uniform Fire Safety Rules and Standards for the state <br />of Florida. <br />(3) The National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA) 101 <br />Life Safety Code 1991 edition. <br />(4) The Standard Fire Prevention Code 1991 edition. <br />SECTION 2.
