ORDINANCE NO. 84-21 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant <br />thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which <br />parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />A portion of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of <br />Section 5, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, Indian <br />River County, Florida, being more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />Commence at the Southeast corner of said Northeast 1/4 of <br />Section 5; thence South 39057116" West for 1326.33 feet <br />to the Southeast Corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the <br />Northeast 1/4 of said Section 5; thence North 00°03'45" <br />West along the East line of the Southwest 1/4 of the <br />Northeast 1/4 of said Section 5 for 171.86 feet to the <br />Point of Beginning; thence South 89°55125" West along the <br />Northerly right-of-way line of State Road 60 for 135.00 <br />feet; thence North 00003'45" West for 229.87 feet; thence <br />North 89055'25" East for 135.00 feet; thence South <br />00'03145" East for 229.87 feet to the Point of Beginning <br />and containing an area of 0.712 Acres more or less <br />Be changed from R -2D, "Multiple -Family" to C-1, <br />"Commercial District". <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 18thday of April <br />1984. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: G <br />DON C.
