ORDINANCE NO. 84-7 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, - <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />A portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 19, Township <br />33 South, Range 40 East, Indian River County, Florida, <br />lying easterly of the easterly right-of-way line of U.S. <br />Highway No. 1 being more particularly described as fol- <br />lows: <br />Commencing at a point of intersection of the South line of <br />the Paul Goodrige property as described in Official Record <br />Book 24, Page 363, Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida, with the new East right-of-way line of U.S. <br />Highway No. 1; thence South 12°05'58" East (for the <br />purpose of this description said East right-of-way line is <br />assumed to bear South 12005158" East) along said East <br />right-of-way line a distance of 115.73 feet to the <br />Point of Beginning of the herein described parcel of land; <br />thence South 89°42'46" East, a distance of 187.87 feet; <br />thence South 12005'58" East, a distance of 185.79 feet; <br />thence North 89057'40" West, a distance of 187.69 feet to <br />a point on the aforementioned East right-of-way line of <br />U.S. Highway No. 1; thence North 12°05158" West, along <br />said right-of-way line, a distance of 186.62 feet to the <br />Point of Beginning. <br />Said Parcel containing 34,168 square feet or 0.7844 acres <br />more or less. <br />Together with the following described parcel: <br />Commencing at a point of intersection of the South line of <br />the Paul Goodrige property as described in Official Record <br />Book 24, Page 363 Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida with the new East right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. <br />1; thence South 12005158" East (for the purpose of this <br />description said East right-of-way line is assumed to bear <br />South 1205'58" East) along said East right-of-way line a <br />distance of 622.08 feet to the Point of Beginning of the <br />herein described parcel of land; thence North 77054102" <br />East, a distance of 183.50 feet; thence South 12°05'58" <br />East, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence South 77054102" <br />West, a distance of 183.50 feet, to a point on the afore- <br />mentioned East right-of-way line of U. S. Highway No. 1; <br />thence North 12°05158" West, along said right-of-way line, <br />a distance of 100.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br />
