Fa vry <br />ORDINANCE NO. 84-11 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The East 150 feet of the West 370 feet of Tract 10, <br />Section 4, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, North of Main <br />out fall canal of the Indian River Farms Drainage Dis- <br />trict, according to the last general plat of lands of the <br />Indian River Farms Company, filed in Plat Book 2, Page 25, <br />Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, less road <br />right-of-way; said lands now lying and being in Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from R-1, "Single -Family District" to C -1A, <br />"Restricted Commercial District". <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 14 day of March , <br />1984. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RRIVER n <br />BY - ./� C_ - <br />DON <br />DON C.
