9 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 84-15 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Coituissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />9 redesignate the hereinafter described property and pursuant <br />thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which <br />parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Land Use Element of the <br />Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, Florida, and the <br />accompanying Land Use Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Land Use Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Tract 3, less the North 30 feet thereof; Tract 6, less the <br />West 17.60 acres; Tract 7; West 5 acres of Tract 8, all in <br />Section 12, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, according to <br />last general plat of lands of Indian River Farms Company, <br />filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of <br />St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 25. Said <br />land now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from RR -1, Rural Residential 1 to LD -1, Low <br />Density Residential 1. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Land Use Element. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 4th day of April , <br />1984. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />By: '2L C <br />DON C.
