Environmental Regulation and Health Department Rules and <br />Regulations existing at the time of application. <br />SECTION 19 <br />MAINTENANCE OF PLLMBING SYSTEM <br />The owner of the property shall be responsible for <br />maintaining and keeping clean the water and sewer pipes leading <br />and connecting from the plumbing system to the County distribution <br />lines and main sewers. This includes the meter boxes and <br />easements for access to them. <br />SECTION 20 <br />PAYMENT OF FEES AND BILLS REQUIRED <br />Bills for monthly charges and fees should be submitted <br />and shall be payable on the fifteenth day from the date .,f the <br />bill. If any monthly bill remains unpaid on the sixteenth day of <br />the month for such service, a penalty as set forth in Appendix "A" <br />shall be imposed and added to the bill. If the monthly bill <br />remains unpaid on the twenty-fifth calendar day after the bill, <br />the water service to the customer shall be subject to discontinu- <br />ance until all past -due water bills are fully paid, together with <br />such reconnection fee as set forth in Appendix "A." All other <br />parts of this article will apply as presently written. <br />SECTION 21 <br />COLLECTION OF SEWER FEES WHERE OWNER HAS <br />COUNTY WATER SUPPLY <br />Where sewage disposal fees are not paid in accordance <br />with the provisions outlined above, the County shall have a right <br />to cut off the water supply to the plumbing system, and the owner <br />t shall have no right to reconnect the water supply until the sewage <br />disposal fees have been paid in full. Any violation of this pro- <br />vision by reconnecting the water supply, until such sewage dis- <br />posal fees are paid in full, shall be considered a violation of <br />this article and subject to the penalties hereinafter provided. <br />SECTION 22 <br />FAILURE TO MAINTAIN PLUMBING SYSTEM <br />Failure to keep the sewer pipe, i.e., the pipe leading <br />from the plumbing system to the sewer main, clean and maintained <br />-20- <br />
