I <br />to serve that equivalent residential unit. <br />(b) Equivalent Residential Unit. <br />(1) Each single family residence served by the <br />County through a single water meter and/or single sewer service <br />A connection constitutes one equivalent residential unit. (See <br />chart below.) <br />(2) Each residential room or combination of rooms, <br />designed to be occupied on a permanent or long-term basis, and not <br />otherwise defined as a hotel or motel herein and each apartment <br />unit, condominium unit, multi -family unit or prepared mobile home <br />space that includes connection points for sewer and/or water <br />service and that is owner occupied, offered separately for rent as <br />a rental or lease unit, or vacant, will constitute one equivalent <br />residential unit. Multi -unit apartment condominiums, and similar <br />multi -unit residential structures or complexes -are defined to con- <br />sist of multiple equivalent residential units regardless of <br />whether or not a single water or sewer connection serves the <br />entire complex. (See chart below.) <br />(c) Commercial, Industrial and Non-residential <br />Accounts. All other types of accounts not previously defined as <br />an equivalent residential unit will, for the purposes of estab- <br />lishing the applicable rate structure, be considered to comprise <br />multiple equivalent residential units according to the following <br />chart and formula: <br />UNIT DESIGNATIONS UNITS <br />1. Single family home 1 <br />2. Private dwelling w/rented rooms or boarding house 1 <br />each room available for rent over 3 1 <br />3. Hotel/motel - per living unit .20 <br />4. Rental or condominium apartment 1 <br />5. Mobile living unit 1 <br />6. Townhouse 1 <br />7. Single family home w/place of business, each place 1 <br />of business other than restaurant 1 <br />8. School -per each 30 full time pupils & faculty 1 <br />per -each 60 part time pupils '& faculty 1 <br />(part time attendance less than 3.5 hours) <br />9. Church 1 <br />-4- <br />
