See Appendix "A." <br />(2) Sewer Service Connection: To defray the cost of <br />and imposed when County constructs a sewer lateral from customer's <br />property to main in street (normal residential customers only). <br />See Appendix "A." <br />(3) Meter Installations Only: Where an existing <br />available usable service lateral is presently installed, a charge <br />will be imposed as set forth in Appendix "A." The listed charges <br />do not include meter vault which will be supplied by developer. <br />G. Miscellaneous Service Charges <br />(1) Reconnect during normal working hours (8:30 AM - <br />4:00 PM): This charge is made upon initial service connect, or <br />for change from temporary to permanent service, a reconnect after <br />delinquency shut-off, or for transfer of service from one location <br />to another, where there was an existing account. See Appendix <br />"A. <br />(2) Reconnect during off-duty hours: See Appendix <br />"A." <br />(3) Meter re -reads and leak inspection: This charge is <br />for special inspection at request of customers when there is no <br />interruption of service and the account remains in the same name. <br />If the re -read is a result of an error of the intial meter read- <br />ing, this charge will not be assessed to the customer. See <br />Appendix "A." <br />(4) Delinquency charge: County shall charge an addi- <br />tional $1.50 plus one and one-half percent (1-1/28) interest <br />monthly on all outstanding balances if payment is not made in <br />total by each payment deadline date. The deadline date shall be <br />fifteen (15) days after the billing date. <br />(5) General service calls: In all instances where <br />County is requested to respond to a service call to correct a <br />problem that was not caused by the County, the County shall charge <br />the responsible party for all direct labor, direct ;:orterials, <br />direct overhead, fringe benefit factor and the County's indirect <br />cost rate pursuant to a formula established by the County's <br />Utility Division. <br />-8- <br />
