ORDINANCE NO. 84--27 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River_ <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />That portion of Government Lot 1; less the South 35 feet <br />thereof; lying West of State Road A -1-A; and also, that <br />! part of the North 831.81 feet of Government Lot 4 lying <br />West of State Road A -1-A; all lying and being in Section <br />23, Township 31 south, Range 39 East, Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />Be changed from R-1, "Single -Family Residential District" <br />to R -2D, "Multiple -Family District". <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 16 day of May <br />1984. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: vJJi,. <br />DON C.
