ORDINANCE NO. 84-5 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The North , of Tract 3, Section 25, Township 33 South, <br />Range 38 East, According to the Last General Plat of Lands <br />of Indian River Farms Company as recorded in Plat Book 2, <br />Page 25 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, <br />Florida. <br />Be changed from C-1, "Commercial District" to M-1, <br />"Restricted Industrial District". <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 22 day of February , <br />1984. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER <br />BY_ /bf.
