(1) Estimated Monthly Draw Schedule for Construction Payments B-13 SELECTION PROCESS Indian River County's Request for Proposal evaluation process was created for the purpose of selecting contractors in a fair and uniform manner, that those selected for work are qualified and experienced in operating and constructing the facilities desired and to provide every qualified contractor an equal opportunity to be considered for providing services for the Project.
