The lease will be for a 1 -year term beginning December 1, 2016 and <br />terminating on November 30, 2017. The monthly rent will be $1,000.00 per month due in advance of the <br />first of the month. <br />This offer of lease agreement shall be valid for 30 days from the date of receipt of this certified letter.
