ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br /> Chairman Flescher reported that Acupuncturist Jill Jaynes from Absolute Integrated <br /> Medicine had requested to speak on Consent Agenda Item 8.E., and will therefore <br /> be pulled for discussion. <br /> A motion was made by Vice Chairman O'Bryan,seconded by Commissioner Adams, <br /> to approve the Agenda,as amended.
