SECTION IV TERMINATION :SIE I •1 ' The Employer is solely liable and responsible for all claims incurred under the Group Health Plan by its covered group members and their dependents during the term of this Agreement, including those incurred claims which are not presented to the Employer or the Administrator during the term of this Agreement. The Administrator will adjudicate all claims incurred during the term of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the date of an incurred claim is the date the particular service was rendered or the supply was furnished.
