PROCLAMATION <br />HONORING BETTYDRAWDY ONHER RETIREMENT FROM <br />INDIAN RI VER CO UNTY B OARD OF CO UNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKSIROAD & BRIDGE DIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Betty Drawdy retired from Indian River County Road and Bridge Division <br />effective October 31, 2016; and <br />WHEREAS, Betty Drawdy began her career with Indian River County on November S, <br />1987, as a Motor Equipment Operator L Her position was reclassified on March 30, <br />2001, to an Equipment Operator L She was promoted to Equipment Operator II on <br />February 14, 2003, and she continued in that capacity until her retirement; and <br />WHEREAS, Betty Drawdy has served this County and the Public with distinction and <br />selflessness. During her twenty-nine years of service, she was dedicated, and her work <br />was greatly appreciated by the employer, citizens, and co-workers alike; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />applauds Betty Drawdy's efforts on behalf of the County, and the Board wishes to <br />express their appreciation for the dedicated service she has given to Indian River <br />County for the last twenty-nine years; and <br />BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED that the Board of County Commissioners and staff <br />extend heartfelt wishes for success in her fitture endeavors! <br />Adopted this 61h day of December 2016. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />Joseph E.
