Zito, Assistant County Administrator <br />From: Brad Bernauer, Human Services Director <br />Subject: Children's Services Advisory Committee's Annual Report, 2015-2016 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Attached, please find copies of the Children's Services Advisory Committee's Annual Report <br />(2015-16). <br />The Annual Report supplies the following information: <br />• Names of members of the Children's Services Advisory Committee, the Grant Review <br />Subcommittee and Needs Assessment Subcommittee <br />• An overview of the history, mission and goals of the committee <br />• Changes that have occurred during the year. <br />• A synopsis of funds expended <br />• A report on each agency and program, including the number of children served and the cost <br />per child <br />The Year -End Monitoring Report supplies the following information on each agency: <br />• Grant funds received and amount of funds expended <br />• Progress towards goals set in the grant application <br />• The total number of children served <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board accept the Annual Report and the Year -End Report for 2015-16 <br />as submitted. <br />ATTACHMENT: <br />Children's Services Advisory Committee's Annual Report (2015-16). <br />C \Users\GRANIC—I\AppData\Local\Temp\BCL Technologies\easyPDF 7\@BCL@A00520B3\@BCL@A00520B3.doc <br />P157 <br />
