Board of County Commissioners <br />January 4, 2017 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />8. On November 8, 2016 the Board of County Commissioners approved the unconditional offer <br />for the Permanent Slope Easement to the Jenkins Estate in the amount of $125,000. The <br />attached entry appropriates funding from Traffic Impact Fees/District II/Cash Forward Oct 1St <br />9. On November 15, 2016 the Board of County Commissioners approved the Mediated <br />Settlement Agreement with Kevin and Paula Jones for the property located north of 27th <br />Avenue SW at the South Main Relief Canal. The attached entry appropriates funding from <br />Transportation Fund/Reserve for Contingency in the amount of $59,500 and Utilities/Cash <br />Forward Oct 1st in the amount of $25,500. <br />10. On November 15, 2016 the Board of County Commissioners approved the condemnation, <br />demolition, and removal of three unsafe structures. The attached entry appropriates funding in <br />the amount of $15,000 from MSTU Fund/Reserve for Contingency. <br />11. A reimbursable purchase order from the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation has been issued <br />to our Parks Conservation department in an effort to protect Gopher Tortoise habitats. The <br />attached entry appropriates $14,000 for this expenditure. <br />P73 <br />
