<br />THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, made this 28 day of , 2016 A.D.,

<br />GRANTOR, and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the
<br />State of Florida, whose address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, GRANTEE.
<br />WITNESSETH that the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) ----
<br />and other good and valuable consideration to GRANTOR in hand paid by GRANTEE, the
<br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and quitclaimed to the said
