SECOND EXTENSION TO AGREEMENT <br /> FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES FOR INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> This Second Extension to that certain Agreement to provide custodial services is entered into effective as <br /> of March 1, 2017 by and between Indian River County,a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("County")and <br /> CER Signature Cleaning ("Contractor"). <br /> BACKGROUND RECITALS <br /> A. Effective March 1, 2015,the County and the Contractor entered into an Agreement for Custodial Services. <br /> B. On April 2, 2015, the County Administrator authorized a change order to the Agreement for Washing, <br /> cleaning and drying drinking glasses, pitchers and cups following weekly BCC Meetings,increasingthe total <br /> contract amount by $60 per month. <br /> C. On November 2, 2016,cleaning services for the Tax Collector's Office was removed from the Agreement, <br /> decreasing the total contract amount by$600 per month. <br /> D. Article 4 of the Agreement contains the term and renewal provisions. <br /> E. The first term commenced effective as of March 1, 2015 and ended on February 29, 2016. <br /> F. The second term commenced effective as of March 1, 2016 and ends on February 28, 2017. <br /> G. Pursuant to the Agreement, the parties desire to again renew the Agreement by this Second Extension. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and other good and valuable consideration, the <br /> receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the County and the Contractor agree as follows: <br /> 1. The background recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this Second Extension. <br /> 2. The second renewal term shall commence effective as of March 1, 2017 and shall end on February 28, <br /> 2018. <br /> 3.
