ORDINANCE 2017- 002 <br />Sign, snipe any sign placed on any tree, utility pole, or similar object. This does not include merchandise on display. <br />SECTION #2: <br />Amend LDR Section 956.11, Exemptions to permitting procedures, of Chapter 956, Sign <br />Regulations, as follows: <br />Section 956.11. Exemptions to permitting procedures. <br />(1) Provisions regulating exempted signs. The following types of signs do not require a permit <br />provided the sign shall: Comply with applicable requirements in the zoning district where placed; <br />comply with other provisions in this subsection; and be consistent with the spirit, intent and <br />purpose of this chapter. All sign copy shall be considered exempt from the provisions of this <br />chapter.
