We are
requesting $24,689.00 to offset the high cost of providing services to infants and toddlers in the
RCMA Whispering Pines Child Development Center. This center is accredited by the National
Accreditation Commission (NAC), which requires a low staff -to -child ratio. Funds from CSAC
would enable RCMA to maintain an increase of 22 infants and toddlers at RCMA Whispering
Pines. In order to continue to serve this age group, which requires a low teacher to child ratio,
the continued financial support of CSAC is necessary.
SUMMARY REPORT — (Enter Information In The Black Cells Onl
Amount Requested from Funder for 2014/15:
Total Proposed Program Budget for 2014/15:
Percent of Total Program Budget:
$
$
24,689.00
528,884.00
4.7%
Current Program Funding (2013/14):
$
24,689
Dollar increase/(decrease) in request:
$
-
Percent increase/(decrease) in request **:
0.0%
Unduplicated Number of C hildren to be served Individually:
130
Unduplicated Number of Adults to be served Individually:
-
Unduplicated Num ber to be served via Group settings:
-
Total Program Cost per Client:
4068.34
**If request increased 5% or more, briefly explain why:
If these funds are being used to match another source, name the source and the $ amount:
2
