Baird�p <br />OMB Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The Pelican Lane Property Owners Association has requested the <br />installation of one (1) light at the Pelican Lane Subdivision/ <br />SRAlA entrance. The City of Vero Beach Engineering Department <br />has determined that one (1) 27,500 lumen H.P. S. streetlight will <br />be required. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve <br />the request for a streetlight, contingent upon completion of the <br />following procedure: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />Staff would bill Pelican Lane Property Owners Association <br />$144 in advance for the cost of one streetlight for a full <br />year. <br />Staff would draft a standard single streetlight agreement <br />between Pelican Lane Property Owners Association and Indian <br />River County. <br />Staff would add one (1) streetlight to the Master <br />Streetlight Agreement between Indian River County and the <br />City of Vero Beach. <br />By approval of this agenda item, the Board would authorize <br />the Chairman to sign the agreement between Indian River <br />County and Pelican Lane Property Owners Association. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />the request from Pelican Lane Property Owners <br />Association for a streetlight contingent upon <br />completion of the procedures as set out in staffs <br />memo. <br />10 <br />L� <br />
