The interior of the non-sprinkled building will consist of a classroom, offices, storage rooms, and male j & female toilet facilities. This work shall include the all of the Civil/Site work, Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing work as detailed in the plans and specifications. This list may not be all- inclusive, and the failure to include an item in it does not alter the responsibility of CONTRACTOR to complete all the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
