Submit to: <br /> Indian River County <br /> Engineering Division <br /> 1801 27th Street <br /> Vero Beach, FL 32960 <br /> B. A letter of transmittal shall accompany each Submittal. If data for more <br /> than one Section of the Specifications is submitted, a separate transmittal <br /> letter shall accompany the data submitted for each Section. <br /> C. At the beginning of each letter of transmittal, provide a reference heading <br /> indicating the following: <br /> 1. OWNER'S Name <br /> 2. Project Name <br /> 3. Project Number <br /> 4.
