See <br /> attached potable well specification which can be used to assist with pricing of the system. Specification is <br /> for the peak use (classroom in-session Use) and not the Average daily use. Specifications are for highest <br /> use case. <br /> Question 2:Will the County consider substitutions for items and materials not designated "or equal" in <br /> the specifications? <br /> Answer: Materials shall be bid per the specs.
