SECTION 01820 <br /> Post Final Inspection <br /> 1.1 GENERAL <br /> A. Approximately one year after Final Completion, the OWNER will make <br /> arrangements with the Construction Coordination Manager and the <br /> CONTRACTOR for a post final inspection and will send a written notice to said <br /> parties to inform them of the date and time of the inspection. <br /> B. Corrections of defective work noted by OWNER and Construction Coordination <br /> Manager shall comply with the applicable sections of Article 13, General <br /> Conditions. <br /> C.
