SECTION 00550 - Notice to Proceed <br /> Dated <br /> TO: <br /> (BIDDER) <br /> ADDRESS: <br /> Contract For: <br /> ROUND ISLAND RIVERSIDE PARK PAVEMENT RESURFACING. <br /> IRC Project No: 1619 <br /> IRC Bid No. 2017017 <br /> You are notified that the Contract Times under the above contract will commence to run on <br /> By that date, you are to start performing your obligations under the Contract <br /> Documents. The contract has allocated 45 calendar days for Substantial Completion of this <br /> project and 75 calendar days for Final Completion. In accordance with Article 4 of the <br /> Agreement the date of Substantial Completion is and the date of readiness for final <br /> payment is <br /> CONTRACTOR shall not commence work under this Contract until he has obtained all <br /> insurance required under Article 5 and such insurance has been delivered to the OWNER and <br /> approved by the OWNER, nor shall the CONTRACTOR allow any Subcontractor to commence <br /> work on his subcontract until all similar insurance required of the Subcontractor has been so <br /> obtained and approved.
