The cover picture features the new Indian River County Intergenerational <br />Recreation Center (iG Center). The iG Center is a 37,000 square foot <br />multi-purpose sports facility and event venue located in south Indian <br />River County which houses the Recreation Department offices and hosts <br />a multitude of sports and events. The recreation portion features diverse <br />programming attentive to all ages from the young to the young at heart. <br />Indian River County is now able to offer programming and events through <br />this facility such as hardwood court basketball, volleyball, martial <br />arts/karate, virtual recreation, performing arts, gymnastics events, <br />tradeshows, large seminars, gaming tournaments and celebratory <br />assemblies. With the opening of the iG Center, the County has expanded <br />recreational programming services and provided another community <br />venue with rental options available for a variety of competitive, <br />educational, social and philanthropic functions. <br />
