Alliance Bioenergy is in the process of taking over the INEOS site and they <br />• desire the option, upon 90 -day notice, to obtain from the County the post process yard <br />waste. There is no fee or charge associated with -t_he yard waste and the,County will not <br />guarantee the quality or quantity of the post process'yard waste. Finally, the County will <br />keep a percentage of the yard waste. <br />I would like the Board to consider approving the concept of the option and directing <br />County staff to draft the option and bring it back to the Board of County Commissioners <br />for approval on February 7, 2017, the next Board meeting. <br />
