Brown, County Administrator <br />THROUGH: John King, Director <br />FROM: Brian Burkeen, Assistant Fire Chief <br />DATE: January 17, 2017 <br />SUBJECT: Notice of Public Hearing for an Application for a Certificate of Public <br />Convenience and Necessity for a Class E 1 Certificate from ETS Experience <br />Transportation Services Inc. to Provide Wheelchair Transportation <br />Originating in Indian River County <br />A public hearing will be held on February 14, 2017 pursuant to Chapter 304 of the Indian River <br />County Code, for the purpose of considering the application of ETS Experience Transportation <br />Services, Inc. to provide wheelchair transport services originating within Indian River County. The <br />hearing will take place at the County Administration Complex, Building A, County Commission <br />Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach FL beginning at 9 am or as soon thereafter as may be <br />heard. <br />An application for a Class E1 Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide <br />Wheelchair and Non -Emergency Medical transport services has been received from ETS <br />Experience Transportation Services, Inc. ETS Experience Transportation Services, Inc. is <br />requesting this certificate to allow their units to transport wheelchair clients/patients from Indian <br />River County. <br />P174 <br />
