Brown, County Administrator <br />Mike Smykowski, Budget Director <br />FROM: Jennifer Hyde, Purchasing Manager <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Fourth Extension to Agreement for Auction Services <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On February 19, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners awarded RFP 2013025 for Auction <br />Services to Associate Auctions, LLC, of Stuart, FL. The award was for one year with options for five <br />one-year renewals. The third extension was authorized on March 8, 2016 and expires on February <br />18, 2017. <br />SOURCE OF FUNDS: <br />No funding is allocated for these services, as auctions are held on an as needed basis, and in <br />accordance with the Agreement, all associated expenses are paid by the auctioneer (with the <br />exception of advertising for reserve auctions). <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff requests the Board of County Commissioners approve the attached Fourth Extension to the <br />Agreement and authorize the Chairman to execute it. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Fourth Extension to Agreement <br />P32 <br />
