Ennis, P.E., PMP, County Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Final Release of Retainage — Donadio and Associates, Architects, P.A. <br />Skeet and Trap Facility Improvements — Indian River County Public Shooting Range <br />RFQ No. 2013017 <br />DATE: February 7, 2017 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On July 9, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners approved a Professional Civil Engineering and <br />Architectural Services Consultant Agreement with Donadio & Associates, Architects, P.A. for the expansion of <br />the Indian River County Public Shooting Range in the amount of $104,715.00. Amendment No. 1, in the <br />amount of $26,805.00, was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on March 18, 2014for removal of <br />the proposed 300 -yard rifle range and Skeet and Trap Facility from the project to minimize impacts to the <br />wetlands and existing shooting range features, and provided for construction plans and document. <br />Amendment No. 2 to the agreement was approved on December 9, 2014 in the amount of $5,750.00for permit <br />modifications, bringing the total contract price to $137,270.00. <br />On January 12, 2016 the Board of County Commissioners approved the release of 5% retainage held in the <br />amount of $4,101.52. <br />Construction of the Indian River County Shooting Range Skeet and Trap Facility Improvements has been <br />completed and Donadio & Associates, Architects, P.A. have submitted Invoice No. 2013-04.35/RET, dated <br />February 7, 2017 in the amount of $5,607.52 for final release of retainage. <br />FUNDING <br />Funding in the amount of $5,607.52 is budgeted and available from the following: <br />ImpactFees/Parks/Sporting Clays Course -Skeet Trap <br />Account No. 103-206000-12001 <br />Retainage <br />$5,171.10 <br />Optional Sales Tax/Parks/Sporting Clays Course- <br />Account No. 315-206001-12001 <br />Skeet Trap Retainage <br />$436.42 <br />C:\Users\GRAMC—I\AppData\Local\Temp\BCL Technologies\easyPDF 71@BCL�a90056E59\@BCL4 .90056E59.doc <br />P71 <br />
