RESOLUTION NO. 2017 - <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN SEARS COVE SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a private road and utility easement, and a walkway <br />easement, in Sears Cove Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, retention of those easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easements: <br />the north thirty (30) foot private road and utility easement, together with the north five (S) foot <br />walkway easement, as depicted on the plat of Sears Cove, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 8, of the Public <br />Records oflndian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner , seconded by <br />Commissioner , and adopted on the day of <br />2017, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Joseph E.
