f <br /> t <br /> RESOLUTION NO.2017- 027 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,RELEASING <br /> CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN SEARS COVE SUBDIVISION <br /> WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in a private road and utility easement, and a walkway <br /> easement, in Sears Cove Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS,retention of those easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br /> County,Florida that: <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br /> that it may have in the following described easements: <br /> the north thirty (30)foot private road and utility easement, together with the north five (S)foot <br /> walkway easement, as depicted on the plat of Sears Cove, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 8, of the Public <br /> Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br /> This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br /> Florida,whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street,Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br /> THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner n 1 P=,r,_ , seconded by <br /> Commissioner Adams , and adopted on the 14th day of <br /> March 2017, by the following vote: <br /> Chairman Joseph E.
