RESOLUTION NO. 2017- 034 <br /> 1. The foregoing recitals contained in the preamble to this resolution are <br /> incorporated by reference herein. <br /> 2. Staff is authorized to proceed with submitting an application request for <br /> a utility easement to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection <br /> with regard to water service to the fire station located on a portion of a <br /> previously developed parking area associated with the pool complex <br /> within the North County Regional Park and Airmasters Field (Lease <br /> 4490 and Sublease 4490-1). <br /> This resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner. o'Bryan} and the <br /> motion was seconded by Commissioner teams , and, upon being put to a vote, <br /> the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Joseph E.
