o <br />f <br />f RESOLUTION NO. 022 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />i <br />River County has passed Resolution No. 84-62 requesting a res- <br />olution from the Town of Indian River Shores; and <br />WHEREAS, the Town is desirous of furnishing certain <br />assurances as requested in said Resolution No. 84-62; <br />BE IT, THEREFORE, RESOLVED as follows: <br />1. The Town Council recognizes the historical impor- <br />tance of the Old Winter Beach Road and Bridgehead Property. <br />2. The Town affirms that the Old Winter Beach Road and <br />Bridgehead Property will remain open to the public. <br />3. The Town of Indian River Shores will not abandon or <br />convey the Old Winter Beach Road and Bridgehead Property to any <br />other party by deed or any other manner. <br />4. The. Town of Indian River Shores will continue to <br />control, maintain and supervise the Old Winter Beach Road and <br />Bridgehead Property as per prior agreements between the Town and <br />County. <br />I, the undersigned Mayor of the Town of Indian River <br />Shores, Florida, certify the foregoing to be a true copy of the <br />Resolution duly adopted by the Town Council of said Town -at a <br />i <br />meeting held on the 15th day of November, 1984. <br />r <br />h y <br />Al <br />P <br />
