BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the use of facsimile <br />signatures Is as authorized by Section 116.34, Florida <br />Statutes, the "Uniform Facsimile Signature of Public <br />Officials Act." <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, and the motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Wheeler and, upon being put to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br />Commissioner Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K.
