BARTON <br />OLEFIN CIRCUIT COURT <br />INDIAN RIVEN CO., FLA <br />J <br />J <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-5 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY CONFIRMING THE <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH A WATER <br />MAIN SYSTEM LOCATED ON 26TH AVENUE NORTH OF EIGHTH <br />STREET, WHICH INCLUDES—UMW <br />STREET WATER MAIN, AND PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF RECORD. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has, by Resolution No. 90-j$ , adopted <br />November 27, 1990, determined to make special assessments <br />against certain properties to be serviced by a water main <br />▪ w• " <br />'e z;. 0 system of the County located on 26th Avenue north of Eighth <br />r. n <br />ri C) <br />oStreet; and <br />1 WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which <br />• 3 .1said special assessments shall be made and how said special <br />;!assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by <br />411-52, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, an assessment roll in connection with said <br />special assessments has been prepared; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County passed Resolution No. 90-j21 on November 27, <br />1990, which set a time and place for a public hearing at <br />which the owners of the properties to be assessed and other <br />interested persons would have the chance to be heard as to <br />any and all complaints as to said project and said special <br />assessments, and for the Board to act as required by 411-53, <br />Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public <br />hearing was published in the Press Journal Newspaper on <br />November 30, 1990, and December 7, 1990 <br />(twice one week apart and the last being at least one week <br />prior to the hearing) as required by §11-52, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />
