0 <br />0 <br />0) <br />1/4/91(ENG)MAT\gfk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-12 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO 39TH AVENUE FROM 6TH <br />STREET TO 8TH STREET <br />WHEREAS, on December 18, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-187 providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 39th Avenue from 6th Street <br />to 8th Street; and <br />WHEREAS, on December 18, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-185 setting the date and <br />time for a public hearing to discuss the advisability, costs and <br />amount of the assessment against each property owner; and <br />WHEREAS, this hearing was held on January 29, 1991 <br />no complaints were heard at public hearing, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified <br />their entirety. <br />2. The attached assessment roll for certain paving and <br />improvements to 39th Avenue from 6th Street to 8th <br />and <br />drainage <br />in <br />Street is approved, pursuant to Section 11-47, Code of Laws and <br />Ordinances of Indian River County. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Eggert and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />1 <br />
