1 <br />1 <br />AFFIDAVIT <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER <br />Before me, the undersigned authority, duly qualified and acting, <br />personally appeared JEFFREY K. BARTON, to me well known who, <br />being duly sworn, deposes and says: <br />1. That the affiant is the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Indian <br />River County and pursuant to Section 125.17, Florida <br />Statutes is the clerk and accountant of the Board of County <br />Commissioners for Indian River County. <br />2. That one of the official duties of the affiant as set forth in <br />Section 11-46 Indian River County Code (1974 edition) is to make <br />affidavit of proof of mailing of notice of special assessments. <br />3. That based on the attached affidavit of Terry Thompson and <br />only on this information, the affiant states that compliance with <br />the notice provisions of Section 11-46 has been accomplished with <br />respect to the project described therein (Project No. 9016). <br />Jeff <br />Jeff .
