RESOLUTION NO. 91-18 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR A RECREATION <br />PATH (SIDEWALK) WITHIN THE STATE <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY LIMITS HEREAFTER DESCRIBED. <br />ON MOTION OF Commissioner S c u r 1 o c k , seconded by <br />Commissioner Wheel er , the following Resolution was <br />adopted: <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation has <br />authorized a County recreation path (sidewalk), Project No. 9016 <br />to be located on State Road A -1-A south of the City of Vero Beach. <br />AND WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of <br />Transportation having requested the county of Indian River County, <br />Florida, to execute and deliver to the State of Florida Department of <br />Transportation a Maintenance Agreement for said recreation <br />(sidewalk), and said request having been duly considered. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of the County of Indian River County, Florida, that <br />the Chairman and Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners be and <br />are hereby authorized to make, execute and deliver to the State of <br />Florida Department of Transportation a Maintenance Agreement for the <br />maintenance of the recreation path (sidewalk) within the right-of-way <br />limits of said State Road A -1-A south of the City of Vero Beach, <br />Florida. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that <br />State of Florida Department of <br />Florida. <br />INTRODUCED AND PASSED <br />path <br />the <br />this Resolution be forwarded to <br />Transportation at Tallahassee, <br />by the <br />Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, in regular sessions, <br />this 12th day of February , 1991. <br />TITES,T: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD <br />OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />Chairman <br />/ <br />In Clan Alva Ca <br />Admin. <br />Logal <br />Budget <br />Dept. <br />Approved <br />Delo <br />x_G q <br />a-� <br />f -•^k Mgr. <br />
