N <br />O <br />O <br />0) <br />RESOLUTION g1..20. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, VACATING, IN PART, THE PLAT <br />OF CAMBRIDGE PARK. <br />WHEREAS, Cambridge Park has been platted pursuant to Florida <br />Statute Chapter 177, as laid out and recorded in Plat Book 12, <br />Pages 98, 98A, 98B and 98C, Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and <br />WHEREAS, the fee simple owners of a portion of Cambridge Park <br />have applied for vacation of a portion of said plat, returning that <br />portion to acreage, and <br />WHEREAS, the portion of the plat to be vacated consists of <br />Lots 6 through 27, 32 through 50, 57 through 68 and 104 through 113 <br />(inclusive) and the immediately surrounding common areas as more <br />specifically described and depicted on the attached Exhibit "A", <br />and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the intention to apply to the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County to vacate a portion of <br />such plat has been published as a legal notice in a newspaper of <br />general circulation in Indian River County in not less than two <br />weekly issues of said paper, and <br />WHEREAS, proof of said publication of the petition for <br />vacation is attached hereto, and <br />WHEREAS, a certificate from the Tax Collector showing that all <br />state and county taxes have been paid on the property is attached <br />hereto. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that: <br />1. All the above recitals are true and affirmed. <br />2. That portion of Cambridge Park shown as Lots 6 through <br />27, 32 through 50, 57 through 68 and 104 through 113 (inclusive) <br />and immediately surrounding common areas as shown on Plat Book 12, <br />Pages 98, 98A, 98B and 98C, Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and as more specifically described and depicted on the <br />attached Exhibit "A" is returned to acreage. <br />3. This vacation shall become effective upon filing of a <br />certified copy of this resolution in the Offices of the Clerk of <br />t <br />
