2/91(legal)Vk/RD <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-_21 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF RATES, <br />FEES, AND CHARGES FOR OPERATION OF THE <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS. <br />WHEREAS, on May 2, 1988, Indian RIver County obtained a completed <br />Parks and Recreation User Fee Revenue Study from Mayes, Suddruth & <br />Etherege, Inc., parks consultants; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to that report, the County has been charging <br />certain daily fees and trash deposits for the County fairgrounds, depending <br />on the number of acres leased by any user; and <br />WHEREAS, recently a new pavilion has been constructed at the <br />fairgrounds which will necessitate a new fee schedule, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. The attached Exhibit "A," Daily Rate Schedule for Lease of Indian <br />River County Fairgrounds, is hereby adopted as the official fee <br />schedule for rates, fees, and charges to be charged at the <br />fairgrounds. <br />2. The attached Exhibit "B," Insurance Requirements, Fairgrounds Lease, <br />contains the minimum requirements with which any user of the <br />fairgrounds must comply. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert , <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Scurlock , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N.
