RESOLUTION NO. 91- 31 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ADOPTING RATES, FEES, AND <br />CHARGES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY <br />SERVICES, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY <br />OF ORDINANCE NO. 91-9 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County operates a Department of Utility Services, <br />which is funded without contribution from the ad valorem tax fund of the County and <br />is required to support itself from rates, fees, and charges paid by the customers of the <br />utility system, and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No.91=9 authorizes the imposition by the Department <br />of Utility Services of certain rates, fees, and charges to support the operation of the <br />Department in a fair and equitable manner. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />schedule of rates, fees, and charges is hereby adopted by use by the Department of <br />Utility Services effective April 1, 1991. Rates, fees, and charges shown for 1992 will <br />become effective October 1, 1991. Rates, fees, and charges shown for 1993 will <br />become effective October 1, 1992. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Scurlock <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Eggert , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Vice Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Absent <br />Commissioner Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K.
