22. Industrial & manufacturing plant <br />A use engaged in the basic processing and <br />manufacturing of materials or products <br />predominately from extracted or raw materials, <br />including citrus, or a use engaged in storage <br />of, or manufacturing processes using flammable <br />or explosive materials, or storage of manufacturing <br />processes that potentially involve hazardous or <br />commonly recognized offensive conditions or a use <br />engaged in the manufacture, predominantly from <br />previously prepared materials, of finished <br />products or parts, including processing, fabrica- <br />tion, assembly, treatment, packaging, incidental <br />storage, sales and distribution of such products, <br />but excluding basic industrial processing. <br />Without use of water for processing per <br />3,000 sq. ft. gross area or for 5 employees, <br />whichever is greater <br />23. Industrial & manufacturing plant using water for <br />processing and/or has discharge to wastewater <br />system shall be determined on an individual <br />basis using 250 gallons per day on a monthly <br />basis for the calculation of units. <br />24.
