0 <br />0 <br />gra- <br />SECTION 201.25 <br />PERMIT REQUIRED TO DRAW WATER FROM FIRE <br />HYDRANTS <br />A permit shall be required from the Department before water is drawn <br />from any fire hydrant or other service outlet, except by the fire department in the <br />regular discharge of its duties, and only after arrangements have been made for <br />payment to the County for water so drawn at a just and reasonable rate. <br />SECTION 201.26 <br />PROHIBITION AGAINST DAMAGING EQUIPMENT <br />It shall be illegal and subject to the punishment provided herein for any <br />person to maliciously, willfully break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper <br />with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the County water or <br />sewerage systems. <br />SECTION 201.27 <br />REQUIRED INSTALLATION OF BACK FLOW PREVENTION <br />DEVICES <br />All customers requesting service from the County water system shall <br />first be required to install back flow prevention devices for the protection of the <br />County potable water system. Such devices will meet specifications adopted by the <br />Department. <br />SECTION 201.28 <br />POWER AND AUTHORITY OF INSPECTORS <br />Duly authorized employees of the County bearing proper credentials <br />and identification shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purpose of <br />inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing in accordance with <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br />dbt075/040.51 24 <br />111 1 1I .Illi . <br />
