Atwell and Edith N. Atwell, his wife, <br />their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing <br />address is Poet Office Box 44, Fellsmere, Florida 32948 Grantee, as <br />follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and <br />interest that it may have in the following described easements: <br />The common three (3) foot side lot utility and <br />drainage easements of Lots 2 i 4, Block 13, <br />Tropical Village Estates, being the southerly <br />three (3) feet of Lot 2 and the northerly <br />three (3) feet of Lot 4, Block 13, Tropical <br />Village Estates, according to the plat thereof <br />as .recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 65, of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida; <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Eggert Scurlock <br />, seconded by Comilssioner <br />adopted on the 21 day of May <br />following vote: <br />and <br />, 1991. by the <br />Commissioner Richard El.
