<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
<br />FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN
<br />EASEMENTS IN THE DIXIE GARDENS
<br />SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 2, LOT 55,
<br />ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS
<br />RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 49, OF
<br />THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER
<br />COUNTY, FLORIDA.
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public
<br />purpose,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
<br />Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose
<br />mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960,
<br />Grantor, to Jerry W. Burne, his successors in interest, heirs and
<br />assigns, whose mailing address is 434 7th Lane S.W., Vero Beach,
<br />Florida 32962 Grantee, as follows:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and
<br />interest that it may have in the following described easements:
<br />The Northerly ten (10) foot utility and drainage easement '
<br />of Lot 55, Dixie Gardens Subdivision, Unit No. 2, being
<br />the northerly ten (10) feet of Lot 55, Dixie Gardens
<br />Subdivision, Unit No.2, according to the plat thereof as
<br />recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 49, Section 24, Township 33
<br />East, Range 39 South; Public Records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
<br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner
<br />Eggert , seconded by Commissioner Wheeler , and
<br />adopted on the 2 day of July , 1991, by the following
<br />vote:
