There are <br />numerous hotels and motels in the County, as well as retail and <br />service establishments geared to serving the tourist trade. <br />Forty-six miles of riverfront on the Indian River, many <br />miles of canals and lakefront and approximately 23 miles of <br />Atlantic Ocean beaches as well as two state parks, five county <br />parks, and eight public and six private golf courses provide <br />ample opportunity for outdoor recreation. <br />The Los Angeles Dodgers baseball club trains at Dodgertown <br />in Vero Beach.
