01, <br />North Beaches A -1-A 7/12/91(legal)RESO/Vk/WMc <br />Special ,Assessment Project <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91- 82 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS IN TURTLE COVE SUBDIVISION. <br />7p »;Y <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is in the process of installing water <br />lines in the North Beach/A-1-A area; and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with this project, it is necessary for the <br />County to install its water lines in certain utility easements in the following <br />subdivision: <br />TURTLE COVE, Plat Book 10, Page 86 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />hereby formally accepts the utility easements, as offered to the County, <br />shown on the plat of the above -referenced subdivision. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Wheeler , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N.
